Masterson’s Lounge, positioned in the vibrant core of Moonee Ponds, advertises itself as a stylish, alternative venue , but my recent visit at this establishment quickly devolved into an unforgettable, terrible experience. While the bar may seem appealing from the exterior , what I found behind its entrance was appalling and beyond comprehension .

From the moment I walked in , it was apparent that sanitation was not a priority at this establishment . The ground was covered in grime , and a overpowering stench of uncleaned spills and dirty bathrooms filled the entire pub. Emitting a scent of a mixture of urine , putrefaction and a sickly smell. For a business that offers beverages , these issues are absolutely intolerable and raise serious concerns about the safety of anything they serve .
